Insurance
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental of Virginia, United Concordia and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We will file your claims once treatment has started.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary; we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
To help us file your insurance, we require that all patients complete all patient forms.
If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
